Airport installations are amenable to being used by birds for perching. Birds perch on installations like ILS, VOR, DME, Runway lights, Sign boards, Huts etc. 

We cater to Black Kites, Brahminy Kites and 47 other species of birds that sit on airport installations. Since the installations are close to the runway, the birds cross at low heights to perch and strike aircraft during either landing or take-off roll.

It is possible to prevent birds from using airport installations by fixing Anti Perch Devices (APDs) on them. APDs are highly customised and fit perfectly on most airport installations and deny the space to birds. They are made of durable materials and are long-lasting.
